Yes! Now admins can edit the value formula used when calculating player values. And draft pick values are also editable. 

These new settings are found in Admin → Trades. So head there to see how it all works. Here is a screenshot of the new options. 

As you can see, I tried to give explanations for anything that might need it and some have requirements that need to be met for it to work properly.
