I have just added a couple more features. 

First, the abilities tab on team pages shows exactly what you'd expect; it shows all the players on the team with abilities and their abilities. 

Second is the new filter to show ratings changes in the player search. You can see here that you can choose the week to compare to. The ratings from that week are in parentheses if there is a change. And don't worry, if you have rookie devs hidden, they will stay hidden.
