The Tennessee Titans have decided to Hire the Son of the Late Great Hall of Famer QB, Steve Air McNair!!!!

When his father passed away, Steve McNair Jr. was a star wide receiver at Oak Grove High School in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Thus, after graduation, he committed to playing ball at Southern Mississippi before transferring to Pearl River Community College. He never played professionally, is a father, and preferred to keep his distance from the spotlight, until now…..When asked what brought on this decision, McNair Jr. responded saying; “ I wasn’t invited and didn’t get to see my Dad’s Jersey retirement due to undisclosed family issues, so I’m choosing to honor and carry on my Dad’s Legacy by accepting this job offer. I wanna thank the Adams Family and the whole Tennessee Titan organization for allowing me this opportunity to not only represent the organization, but to Honor my Dad and try to bring to this franchise what my Dad came up Inches short of in 1999, A Super Bowl Title and Ring!!!!

Kittle laughed today when asked about being in the trade block in the off season. "No one was happy about the way last season went. Coach Stockton and I got heated about the direction the team should go. There were never any serious talks about me leaving. We both might have taken things to far, but that's water under the bridge now. Months ago. I'm excited to be here. I love it here." It looks like George Kittle won't be leaving anytime soon.

Niners finally end their losing streak on the road. The home team Raiders got off to an early lead in the first half. Looked like the crowd was going to carry them to another easy win. Somehow the 49ers rallied back in the second half and in the last seconds tied the game to send it into overtime. 

After winning the coin toss it looked the niners would go three and out. On 3rd and 10 Lance found rookie tight end Washington. Who at first looked like he would be stopped short, but broke the tackle for the first down. A few plays later we would see a sight that was familiar last season but has been sorely missed this season. Mostert running free down the sideline for a touchdown and walk off win. 

While it's unlikely the niners will make the playoffs, they made the statement that they aren't going to roll over and die.

  The 49ers looked sluggish in today's game. Almost like they were walking through waist deep water. Their reaction time were slowed, the throws were late, and even when they had the ball they looked like they were sleep walking. Was there a delay in their flight? Whatever it was it cost them the division lead. 

The niners are up over 500 again after defeating division rival. They have a bye week to get ready for their next opponent. Stockton says, "No excuses to not stay over 500 after the bye. We'll be rested going into that game." 

After Shanahan refused to start Trey Lance during preseason he was released. After bringing in a replacement coach that immediately left for a better offer, the organization turned to the recently fired Stockton. After speaking with management the new head coach had double down trading away Jimmy Garoppolo to the Dolphins to get another receiver for Lance to utilize. Coach Stockton, whom originally looked clueless, may actually have a plan that could work. Only time will tell.
